Our Work Process
Planning and Design
Create detailed plans and designs based on client requirements and building codes. Develop a project timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Procurement Material Sourcing
Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and supplies required for the project. Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Construction and Implementation
adhere to approved plans, designs, project timeline, and budget while also, overseeing labor, and managing daily activities at the construction site.
Progress Reporting
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, and project managers. Address any concerns in the project.
Project Completion
Complete construction, finalize inspections, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. Prepare the building for occupancy and hand it over to the client as per the agreed terms.
